Grilled Onion Bacon Cheese Buds recipe by the BBQ Pit Boys
If you like grilled onions then you've got to check this out. Get yourself some big sweet onions, peel and cross-cut them up, top them with your favorite spices and a slice of bacon, then place them indirect on the grill for about an hour at 325-350f. Finish 'em off with some fresh grated cheddar cheese melted on top, and serve them with some of your home made dippin' sauce. Can you smell that? It smells guuuud!

Crack eggs into a coffee mug.
Mix the eggs with a fork whipping to do so. Add purified water a splash or so and mix
to a smooth looking consistency.

NOTE:
For those of you that prefer not to eat meat you can substitute:
- Mushrooms
- Spinach

- Tofu
Add all the meats and other ingredients and warm completely.
Add the egg mixture to the pan. Mix, fold and scramble the contents until cooked completely.
Increase the heat to the pan when at this step.
Add cheese to the top of the egg scramble. When the cheese starts to melt reduce the heat.
